EXCHANGE, REFUND, OR RETURN POLICY

(Online orders cannot be exchanged or returned in stores.)

1. EXCHANGE (Only Valid For Domestic Orders)

Eligibility-

Your purchase is eligible for exchange if it meets the following requirements:

If the product you received is damaged. (Please share a photograph of the damaged product at www.rbdmachine.com within 7 days of receiving the product.)

If you don’t like the product that you received. In this case, we will issue a coupon code that will be valid for 6 months and can be used to make a purchase of the same value or higher. We will not limit your options; you will be able to choose from our complete online collection.

Policy-

If your order is eligible for exchange, kindly inform us of the problem by sending us an email at sales@rbdmachine.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Our customer care team will get back to you within 48 hours.

Products bought online cannot be exchanged in stores.

The exchange process takes 9–18 days.

If your order is eligible for exchange, we will schedule a pickup for the product within 48 hours of receiving the email. All additional information will be provided via email.

Please ensure the returned item is unused and has the original packaging, price tag, and invoice.

2. RETURN/REFUND: (Valid For Both Domestic And International Orders)

Eligibility-

Your purchase is eligible for a refund if it meets the following requirements:

In the event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective.

In the case that we send the wrong style or size of a product from the one ordered.

Policy-

If your order is eligible for return or refund, kindly inform us of the problem by sending us an email at info@rbdmachine.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Our customer care team will get back to you within 48 hours.

The refund process takes 10–15 days.

If your order is eligible for return, we will schedule a pickup for the product within 48 hours of receiving the email. All additional information will be provided via email.

All courier charges for return will be borne by us.

RBD Machine reserves the right to inspect a returned product before processing the refund.

In the case of a refund, the amount will be refunded using the same online mode of payment through which it was originally made within 15 days of the request being verified and subject to the issuing bank's policy. If the payment method was cash on delivery, we will ask for your bank account details via your registered email address.

3. SALE PERIOD

We do not accept exchanges or returns on discounted products.

We experience high volumes during the sale and will be unable to cancel any orders due to shipment delays. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order on account of the non-availability of goods.

All duties and taxes for international orders will apply as per the rules of the shipping destination and will be borne by the customer.

4. COUPON CODE:

To redeem a coupon code, please sign in to the account associated with the customer whose name and email address the coupon code has been issued.

The coupon code is sent to the email address the customer registered with.

The coupon code is only valid for the online store.

The coupon code is valid for one-time use only, so please shop for more than the discounted amount, as a remainder amount will not be carried forward.

The coupon code is valid for six months. If the coupon code expires, the amount will not be refunded, and the coupon code will not be issued again, so please use it until it’s valid.
